The Process

No Surprises. Guaranteed. Before any work begins, we will have a clearly outlined (and signed) contract that details deliverables, due dates, and pricing. You’ll never receive an unexpected invoice or extra fees!

 

STEP 1. Let’s Get Clear

We’ll start with a discovery call to get super clear on what you need and to be sure we’re a good match. We’ll confirm pricing, deliverables, and deadlines. Once the contract is signed, with all of the verified details included, we will send you a few clarifying questions along with the first invoice to kick things off.

STEP 2. Workin’ It

Your copywriter will get right to work! Depending on the project, we may loop you in for a first draft or first-page review to be sure we’re on the right track. We’ll use Google Docs in order to easily go back and forth, responding to comments as the project progresses. We’ll begin wrapping up with final edits.

STEP 3. Final Delivery & Invoice

After the predetermined number of edits are completed, you’ll receive the final draft. You’ll also receive an invoice for any remaining balance. We use an invoicing service called WaveApp, which makes it super easy and safe to pay with a credit card or bank transfer without processing fees.
